North Edinburgh Trust held a Food Growing event in Spartans Academy last night

It was great to see around 20 local people at this event, there was lots of great ideas including setting up the North Edinburgh Food Box, Community Gardens, Fruit Orchards, Linking in with Schools to educate young people and many more great ideas. The group will again to look to meet up in the new year to progress some of the actions that were being discussed.
